Civil & Structural Engineer, Mandaue

Overseeing and managing all architectural and finishing works on-site. Acting as the counterpart to the Project Engineer, this role focuses on ensuring that architectural finishes, interiors, and fit-out elements meet design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines

Education:

• Bachelors Degree in Architecture (licensed Architect preferred).

Experience:

• 35 years of experience in architectural fit-out, finishing, or site-based architectural roles.
• Demonstrated expertise in coordinating finishing trades and interpreting architectural drawings on-site.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, materials, and finishing standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar drafting tools; familiarity with MS Office, Procore or project management software.

Communication Skills:

• Effective verbal communication for on-site coordination and conflict resolution.
• Capable of preparing concise reports and documentation.
