We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Laundry Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with various tasks involved in the laundry business, ensuring that laundry operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in a timely manner. This position is an entry-level role with opportunities for growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sort, wash, and fold linens, clothes, and other laundry items according to type, fabric, and cleaning requirements.
• Operate laundry machines, including washers, dryers, and pressing equipment, safely and effectively.
• Ensure that laundry items are cleaned and treated according to company standards.
• Handle delicate fabrics and garments with care, following proper cleaning protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the laundry area, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.
• Inspect laundry items for damage or stains and report issues to the supervisor.
• Assist with inventory management, including tracking supplies and ordering necessary materials.
• Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of laundry equipment as needed.
• Assist customers with drop-offs and pickups, if applicable.
• Handle and organize laundry items based on customer specifications, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries or concerns related to laundry services.
