Accounting Specialist, Mandaue

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Specialist to join our team. The Accounting Specialist will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring the accuracy of financial data.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare financial reports, statements, and budgets.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial data.
• Process payroll and handle tax filings as required.
• Assist with audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Monitor and track expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Assist in the preparation of year-end financial reports and filings.
• Support other accounting functions as needed.
