Teller, Mandaue

The Teller is responsible for handling cash transactions, processing pawn and remittance services, and providing excellent customer service at the pawnshop.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process pawn transactions, including accepting items, assessing value, and issuing loans.
• Handle remittance services, including sending and receiving funds for customers.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide information on services.
• Ensure the security of cash and valuable items in the branch.
