Accounting Specialist, Mandaue

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounting Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing reports, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. This role requires strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely payments and collections.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor financial transactions to ensure accuracy.
• Assist with month-end and year-end financial closings.
• Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and relevant regulations.
• Assist with payroll processing and tax filings.
• Prepare tax returns, reports, and supporting documentation for audits.
• Handle invoicing, billing, and payments, ensuring proper documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and filing systems.
• Assist in managing accounts, financial forecasting, and cash flow analysis.
• Provide general administrative support to the finance team as needed.
