Credit and Collection Officer, Mandaue

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Credit Collector to manage and recover overdue payments from members of the cooperative. The role involves contacting members, negotiating payment arrangements, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact members to collect overdue payments.
• Negotiate payment plans and resolve payment issues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of collections.
• Provide excellent customer service while ensuring timely debt recovery.
• Assist in reporting and monitoring outstanding balances.
