What You'll Do

As a Customer Advisor, you will:

• Create exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty
• Understand customers' health goals and recommend the right solutions
• Achieve sales targets through consultative selling (not hard selling)
• Maintain premium merchandising and store presentation
• Ensure inventory accuracy and operational excellence
• Master product knowledge across multiple health categories

You will gain exposure to sales, merchandising, inventory, cashiering, and operations  preparing you for advancement.
