•     Outbound and Inbound Call Execution

•     Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, brokers, and partners.

•     Handle inbound calls and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

•     Lead Generation and Qualification

•     Identify and qualify potential leads aligned with business objectives.

•     Follow-Up and Lead Nurturing

•     Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and clients to build trust and sustain interest.

•     Information Dissemination to Brokers and Clients

•     Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and updates.

•     Reporting and Call Documentation

•     Record call details, client interactions, and outcomes in CRM or designated systems.
