The role involves assisting clients throughout the sales process, conducting property presentations, building client relationships, and identifying sales opportunities while representing the Alveo Land brand professionally.

Job Responsibilities

  • Developing marketing strategies to attract potential buyers through online and offline platforms.
  • Negotiating deals with clients, site visit tours and facilitating documents to complete a sale.
  • Advise clients about real estate market conditions, prices and investment potential of products.
  • Meet required sales quota every quarter.
