Reddit Marketing Specialist (Full-Time, Mostly Remote) — Weekly Pay
About Us
We’re a fast-moving marketing team helping models grow their audience and revenue across social platforms. We’re now hiring a full-time Reddit Marketing Specialist to scale our presence, build communities, and drive results.
What You’ll Do
Post models’ content on Reddit using smart captions, timing, and formatting that convert.
Research, vet, and maintain a master list of high-fit subreddits; track rules, flairs, and posting limits.
Create, warm up, and grow multiple Reddit accounts (avoiding bans/shadowbans).
Launch and grow our own subreddits; seed content, run engagement prompts, and moderate to keep quality high.
Build simple content calendars and daily task checklists; report results with screenshots/links.
DM outreach within subreddit rules; coordinate cross-posts and collaboration threads.
Keep meticulous logs of what works (titles, tags, posting windows) and continuously A/B test.
What You Bring
Hands-on Reddit power-user: you know automod, modmail basics, flairs, and subreddit etiquette.
Strong written English (clear, concise captions and replies).
Process-driven and organized: you like checklists, spreadsheets, and daily metrics.
Grit and creativity—comfortable iterating fast and learning from data.
Bonus: Basic Canva/image cropping, flair formatting, or light automation tools.
Schedule & Location
Full-time (40 hours/week).
Mostly remote after an initial 1-week in-person training in Manila.
Must have reliable internet and a workstation.
Compensation
$2 USD/hour, or ₱118 paid weekly.
Training & Tools We Provide
One-week, step-by-step onboarding (posting systems, account warming, tracking).
Templates for captions, tags, and reports.
A living playbook of approved subreddits and best practices.
