Account Specialist, Batangas

Job Summary:

The Account Specialist is responsible for assisting customers with vehicle financing applications, account processing, and sales coordination. The role involves building strong client relationships, coordinating with financing partners, and ensuring smooth processing of customer accounts from inquiry to release. Candidates with experience in the automotive industry are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with vehicle financing and account application processes.
• Explain financing options, loan requirements, and payment terms to clients.
• Coordinate with banks, financing companies, and insurance providers regarding account approvals and requirements.
• Monitor status of pending and approved accounts.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of customer documents and applications.
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients and financing partners.
• Conduct follow-ups with customers regarding account status and pending requirements.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and account reports.
• Support branch sales activities and help achieve sales targets.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of customer records.
• Address customer concerns and inquiries professionally.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive, Finance, or any related field.
• Preferably with experience in the automotive industry, financing, or sales operations.
• Experience handling vehicle financing and customer accounts is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented and organized in handling documents and reports.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willing to do fieldwork when necessary.
