Description
Qualifications:
- At least elementary or high school level (preferred but not required).
- Experience in gardening, floriculture, or farming is an advantage.
- Willing to work in greenhouse or outdoor farm environments.
- Physically fit and able to perform repetitive manual tasks.
- Must be a resident of Ibaan Batangas
- With valid Driver's License
- Assist in soil preparation, bed making, and planting of rose cuttings or seedlings.
- Support routine care of rose plants including watering, pruning, and weeding.
- Help apply fertilizers, soil conditioners, and plant growth treatments as directed.
- Assist in pest and disease control activities under supervision (e.g., spraying, monitoring).
- Perform regular maintenance of greenhouse or cultivation areas (cleaning, sanitation, layout upkeep).
- Support grafting, propagation, and transplanting of rose plants when required.
- Assist in harvesting roses at proper stage and handling them carefully to avoid damage.
- Help in sorting, bundling, and preparing roses for storage or delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of tools, materials, and equipment.
- Follow safety procedures and instructions from supervisors at all times.
