Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Graduate of BS Accountancy, Management Accounting, Finance, or any 4-year business course.
- Experience: 12 years in bookkeeping, AP/AR, or general accounting. (Automotive dealership or retail/inventory experience is a huge plus!)
- Fresh Graduates: Open to highly motivated fresh grads with strong accounting foundations.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting ERP/DMS systems is an advantage.
- Traits: Highly meticulous, honest, and detail-oriented.
- Handle vehicle sales billing, invoices, and bank financing documents.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Assist in vehicle and spare parts inventory reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly localized tax summaries and monitoring reports.
