Company Nurse in Batangas

• Administering first aid, dispensing medication, and maintaining medical inventories
• Conducting annual physical; examinations (APE) and monitoring employee health status
• Ensuring workplace safety standards are met to prevent accidents
• Managing employee medical records, health records, and insurance documentation
• Manages worker compensation claims and facilitates the return-to-work process for injured employees
• Trains employees on ergonomics, personal protective equipment (PPE) and hazardous materials management
• Develops initiatives to promote overall physical and mental wellness
• Maintains confidential medical records and reports

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Licensed Nurse
• Experience as a company nurse/clinic nurse is an advantage
• With BOSH and BLS Certification
• Familiarity with Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) occupational health and safety regulations
• Strong emergency response and assessment abilities
