Metal Press Engineer, Batangas

Position: Metal Press Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

Set up and monitor metal press machines

Troubleshoot machine and production issues

Improve production efficiency and product quality

Ensure proper die and tooling operations

Coordinate preventive maintenance activities

Monitor and enforce safety procedures in the production area

Analyze defects and implement corrective actions

Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams

Qualifications:

Graduate of Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related course

Registered Mechanical Engineer if possible

Experience in metal stamping or press operations

Knowledgeable in dies, molds, and press machines

Able to read technical drawings and specifications

Familiar with quality control and production processes

Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
