Sales Officer, Batangas

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelors degree in Business, Agribusiness, Animal Science, or a related field

- At least 5 years of experience in agribusiness sales (preferably livestock, poultry, or feed industry)

- Experience in managing sales teams and B2B accounts

- Strong knowledge of pricing, trading, and farm-to-market operations

- Excellent negotiation, financial, leadership, and communication skills

• Identify and approach potential customers
• Promote and sell company products or services
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Coordinate with other departments for customer needs
• Follow up on leads and existing clients
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records
• Participate in marketing and promotional activities
• Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
