Massage Therapist/Housekeeper, Batangas

Massage Therapist Tasks:

• Provide massage services to guests in accordance with resort standards.
• Prepare and maintain cleanliness of massage area, tools, and equipment.
• Ensure proper hygiene before, during, and after each session.
• Assist guests professionally and ensure comfort and satisfaction during massage sessions.
• Recommend and promote massage services when appropriate.
• Maintain professionalism and proper client handling at all time.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Housekeeper Tasks:

• Perform general cleaning of guest rooms, restrooms, and common areas.
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and proper arrangement of resort facilities.
• Handle laundry tasks including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens, towels, and other resort fabrics.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping supplies and storage areas.
• Ensure availability of clean linens and guest essentials.
• Follow all sanitation and safety standards.
• Perform other housekeeping-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Preferably with NC (National Certificate) in Massage Therapy.
• With experience in spa or massage services.
• Knowledgeable in different massage techniques is an advantage.
• Physically active and with pleasing personality.
• Flexible and willing to perform dual roles (Housekeeping and Massage Therapy).
• With good customer service and communication skills.
• Responsible, trustworthy, and detail-oriented.
