Description

Job Summary:

The Human Resource Officer is responsible for supporting and managing the core human resource functions of the organization. This role ensures smooth day-to-day HR operations, maintains accurate employee records, supports recruitment and onboarding, ensures compliance with labor laws, and promotes a positive employee experience.


Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage recruitment activities: job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling 
  • Coordinate job offers, contracts, and pre-employment requirements 
  • Conduct employee onboarding and orientation 
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring documentation 

Employee Records & HR Administration

  • Maintain and update employee 201 files (physical & digital) 
  • Prepare employment contracts, memos, notices, and certificates 
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and HR data systems 
  • Ensure confidentiality of HR records 

Compensation, Benefits & Payroll Support

  • Assist in payroll preparation, including timesheets and deductions 
  • Administer government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR) 
  • Coordinate benefits enrollment and address employee inquiries 
  • Support payroll audits and reporting 

Employee Relations

  • Serve as first point of contact for HR-related concerns 
  • Assist in handling employee concerns and disciplinary actions 
  • Support performance evaluations and follow-ups 
  • Promote company policies and workplace standards 

Compliance & Policy Implementation

  • Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and company policies 
  • Assist in updating HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook 
  • Prepare reports for management and regulatory compliance 
  • Support DOLE and other labor-related documentation 

Training & HR Support

  • Coordinate training sessions and employee development activities 
  • Track training attendance and completion 
  • Support HR initiatives and employee engagement activities 


Job Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field 
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR administration or a related role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply) 
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR processes 
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally 
  • Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace and HR systems
