• With or without working experience

JOB OVERVIEW

• Execute engineering measures connected with the smooth transition of new products to mass production and further improvements based on the identified major causes of variation.
• Understands and summarizes the gap between the processing condition of the assigned product lines during product introduction.
• Reports the actual result of the capability indices being monitored and investigates and makes clear the gap between the capability index commitment and the actual results.
• Performs the resolution of troubles being encountered within the assigned product lines and quality issues in collaboration with other sections' key person.
• Executes short-term improvement measures based on the identified causes.
• Proposes short-term QCD improvement themes to the assigned product lines.
