Description

Support end-to-end execution of PV Systems Installation Projects, from planning and design review through commissioning and project turnover.
Review, coordinate, and validate PV system designs, layouts, single-line diagrams, and electrical drawings to ensure constructability and compliance.
Review and coordinate Bills of Materials (BOM) with inventory management and procurement teams to ensure timely material availability.
Prepare detailed project installation plans, schedules, and installation reports.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient scheduling, manpower utilization, and resource allocation.
Monitor installation progress, quality control, and adherence to project timelines.
Ensure strict compliance with PEC - local electrical codes, utility interconnection requirements, and applicable safety standards.
Support site surveys, construction activities, and field engineering requirements, including resolving site-specific technical challenges.
Identify, analyze, and resolve technical and construction issues that arise during installation.
Assist with system commissioning, testing, performance verification, and preparation of project turnover documentation.
Coordinate effectively with internal teams/departments, contractors, clients, and utility representatives to ensure seamless project execution.
Track and enforce safety compliance across all project activities, promoting a safe working environment.
Apply strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to address project risks and deviations proactively.
