Description

Oversee inbound/outbound processes, ensure 100% record-keeping compliance, conduct weekly cycle counts and quarterly physical inventories, investigate discrepancies, and maintain FIFO systems.
Enforce standardized procedures for all material requests, manage a batching system for projects, supervise returns, manage consignment inventory, and drive continuous process improvement.
Train, supervise, and schedule inventory staff. Ensure strict procedural adherence, conduct performance reviews, and foster a culture of accuracy, accountability, and safety.
Prepare and present monthly inventory reports, communicate stock issues to Purchasing, and liaise with Sales, Project, and Accounting teams to support operations and audits.
Maintain an organized, zoned, and labeled warehouse. Ensure a safe, clean, secure work environment and full compliance with company and industry regulations.
