Accounting (CPA), Batangas

Responsibilities:

• Verify the accuracy and validity of financial transactions.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with PFRS.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare supporting schedules for financial reports, audits, and tax filings.
• Assist in preparing internal financial reports for management review.
• Assist in the preparation and filing of BIR tax requirements (VAT, income tax, withholding taxes, and other statutory reports).
• Support compliance with regulatory requirements from SEC, BIR, LGU, BOC, PEZA, and other government agencies.
• Monitor and reconcile inventory accounts (raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods).
• Assist in maintaining accurate financial and warehouse records.
• Assist department heads in budget preparation and monitoring of variances.
• Provide basic financial data and analysis to support decision-making and cost control initiatives.
• Coordinate with Accounting, IT, and Warehouse teams for data accuracy and process alignment.
• Support senior accountants and finance managers in daily operations.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accountancy (required)
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license (required)
• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of accounting experience
• Internship or exposure in general accounting, audit, or tax is an advantage
• Familiarity with PFRS and basic accounting processes preferred
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 standards is a plus
• Must be residing in or near Carmona, Cavite or Sto. Tomas, Batangas.
• Must be open to relocating to Sto. Tomas, Batangas if assigned to the Carmona, Cavite site.

Skills Requirements
