HR Manager/Supervisor, Batangas

We are seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to lead and oversee key human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and compensation. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient HR operations while maintaining compliance with company policies and Philippine labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, onboarding)
• Manage employee relations, including handling concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions
• Plan and implement training and development programs
• Oversee compensation and benefits administration
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Support management in HR strategies and initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with exposure to recruitment, employee relations, training, and compensation
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information
