Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all aspects of funeral service operations from planning to execution
Coordinate with bereaved families to arrange funeral and memorial services based on their preferences, culture, and religion
Provide guidance and support to families in making informed decisions regarding funeral arrangements and services
Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and documentation requirements, including permits and death certificates
Supervise the preparation, handling, and transportation of the deceased with dignity and respect
Plan, organize, and oversee funeral services, including viewings, ceremonies, burials, and cremations
Coordinate with internal staff, clergy, and external service providers to ensure smooth and seamless service delivery
Maintain accurate records of funeral arrangements, contracts, and related documentation
Monitor and manage operational processes to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction
Manage casket inventory, including stock planning, tracking, quality control, and cost monitoring
Ensure operational readiness and efficiency of funeral service facilities and resources
Provide continuous support and communication to families throughout the funeral process

Job Requirements

Graduate in any Business related course
Minimum of 6 months to 1 year experience, maximum of 2 years in Funeral Service field
