Sales Engineer, Batangas

Job Description:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction sector
• Promote and sell company products and services to contractors, developers, and project owners
• Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and product specifications
• Conduct site visits to assess client requirements and recommend appropriate solutions
• Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to ensure project requirements are met
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing and after-sales support
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and project opportunities
• Assist in the preparation of bid documents and participate in tender submissions when required
• Ensure timely collection of payments and proper documentation of transactions

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• A licensed engineer (PRC) is preferred
• At least 23 years of experience in sales engineering or technical sales, preferably in construction
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, project specifications, and processes
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into sales solutions
• Results-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge in AutoCAD or similar tools is an advantage
• With a valid drivers license and willing to travel for site visits and client meetings
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
