Sales Engineer, Batangas

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction sector.
• Promote and sell company products and services to contractors, developers, and project owners.
• Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and product specifications.
• Conduct site visits to assess client requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to ensure project requirements are met.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing and after-sales support. ort
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and project opportunities.
• Assist in the preparation of bid documents and participate in tender submissions when required.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and proper documentation of transactions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• A licensed engineer (PRC) is preferred.
• At least 23 years of experience in sales engineering or technical sales, preferably in construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, project specifications, and processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into sales solutions.
• Results-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or similar tools is an advantage.
• With a valid drivers license and willing to travel for site visits and client meetings.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
