Description

Key Responsibilities:

Legal & Compliance

Ensure company compliance with labor laws and government regulations (DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)

Handle disciplinary actions, NTEs, and due process implementation

Recruitment & Staffing

Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding)

Coordinate manpower requirements with different departments

Employee Relations

Address employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues

Promote positive work culture and employee engagement

Compensation & Benefits

Administer payroll inputs, salary structures, and employee benefits

Handle government contributions and employee claims

Timekeeping & Payroll Support

Monitor attendance, leaves, overtime, and schedule tracking

Ensure accurate timekeeping records for payroll processing


General HR Functions

Maintain employee records and HR database

Support performance management and policy implementation

Conduct HR audits and ensure consistency across all HR processes



Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field

With at least 23 years of experience in general HR functions

Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented and highly organized
