Cost Accountant, Batangas

Monitor the fixed assets and their inventory.

• Compute and analyze product costs, including materials, labor, and overhead.
• Maintain and update standard costs and cost sheets.
• Monitor cost variances and investigate discrepancies.
• In charge of Property Code tagging and recording.
• Prepare the report for the Monthly Depreciation of Fixed Assets.
• File and process the asset disposal directly to the BIR Office.
• Check the freight cost allocation and record the landed cost.
• Assist during semi-annual and year-end physical inventory count.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Assist in audits and internal cost reviews.
• Recommend improvements to costing methods and procedures.

• Bachelors degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related field.
• 13 years of experience in cost accounting or manufacturing accounting.
• A background in SAP is required for this position.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Can start immediately.
