Coating Shift Assistant Engineer, Batangas

Description

Graduate of Mechanical/Electrical Engineer Degree, Chemistry or any related field.
With experiences in Semiconductor, Automation and etc and photovoltaic solar cells.
With 1-3 year of experience in conducting meetings, inspect equipment, monitor performance, provide production feedback, and report on output, rework, and KPIs.
Manage KPI reporting, address process issues, support problem-solving, and ensure SOP adherence.
Perform scheduled equipment maintenance, report anomalies, complete assigned training and assessments, conduct safety training, and carry out other leadership-assigned tasks.
Willing to work on-site in FPIP Sta. Anastacia, Sto. Tomas, Batangas.
