Wet Process Shift Supervisor, Batangas

Description

Graduate of Mechanical/Electrical Engineer Degree or any related field.
With 3-5 year of experience in managing shifting schedule, inspect and analyze equipment, guide production to improve quality and output, and report on section performance, rework rates, and KPIs and photovoltaic solar cells.
Collect, organize, and report KPI data, monitor and resolve wet process abnormalities, assist engineers in troubleshooting to improve metrics, and supervise SOP compliance across production lines.
Execute maintenance tasks, report issues, complete training, ensure safety, and handle assigned duties.
Willing to work on-site in FPIP Sta. Anastacia, Sto. Tomas, Batangas.
