Description

Graduate of Mechanical/Electrical Engineer Degree or any related field.
With 3 years of experience in support coating section operations by organizing meetings, assigning tasks, drafting technical documentation, developing team skills, and compiling weekly process reports and photovoltaic solar cells.
Track KPIs, resolve anomalies, improve processes, and train operators.
Oversee equipment operations, ensure SOP compliance, resolve issues, maintain performance, and supervise staff training and compliance.
Manage equipment upgrades and commissioning, drive optimization projects, draft patents, conduct safety training, and handle other assigned tasks.
Willing to work on-site in FPIP Sta. Anastacia, Sto. Tomas, Batangas.
