Coating Equipment Supervisor, Batangas

Description

Graduate of Mechanical/Electrical Engineer Degree, Chemical, Physics or any related field.
With 5 years of experience in Manufacturing with knowledge in coating processes in production line and Photovoltaic Solar Cells.
Oversee the overall process, shifting schedules, assigning tasks, competency and safety training plans, KPI evaluations/metrics and other related tasks.
Ensure EHS compliance while conducting production inspections, controlling processes, and driving improvements within the coating operations.
Monitoring operations and developing SOPs, OPL documents, assessment criteria, and issue reports. Able to handle comprehensive documentation tasks.
Willing to work on-site in FPIP Sta. Anastacia, Sto. Tomas, Batangas.
