Screen Printing Equipment Supervisor, Batangas

Description

Graduate of Mechanical/Electrical Engineer Degree, Chemical, Chemistry, Physics or any related field.
With 5 years of experience in Manufacturing with knowledge in screen printing equipment and wire mesh process. Master's Degree is an advantage.
Oversee the entire process, manage shift schedules, assign tasks, implement competency and safety training programs, evaluate KPIs and metrics, and handle other related responsibilities.
Ensure EHS compliance while conducting production inspections, controlling processes, and driving improvements.
Monitoring operations and developing SOPs, OPL documents, assessment criteria, and issue reports. Able to handle comprehensive documentation tasks.
Willing to work on-site in FPIP Sta. Anastacia, Sto. Tomas, Batangas.
