Room Attendant, Batangas

Job description:

The Room Attendant is responsible for providing comfort to the guests by ensuring guest rooms and public areas are clean and properly presented.

Job Specifications:

• A graduate of HRM/Tourism or other related courses
• At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field
• Fresh Graduates/Entry Level with good internship exposure in the admin/operation function, and willing to be trained, are welcome to apply
• Knowledgeable in handling customers'/clients' concerns and complaints in a highly professional manner
• Experience in dealing with guest complaints would be advantageous
• With knowledge of the Mall/Hotel retail industry
• Able to work all shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays when the need arises

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times
• Create and work on a daily job list from the room status list, arrivals, and departure list
• Maintain inventory stock levels of consumables
• Report maintenance issues, damage furniture and equipment, and other hotel facilities
• Attend to all reasonable requests from guests to ensure their comfort and satisfaction
• Carry out instructions from the immediate supervisor and/or from the head office
