Job Description

The Business Acceleration Officer (BAO) is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market reach for Growsaris multi-grocery product portfolio. As a field-based sales representative, the BAO builds strong relationships with sari-sari store owners and retail partners, ensures product availability, and executes sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily field visits to sari-sari stores and other retail outlets within assigned territories
  • Promote and sell Growsaris multi-grocery products to existing and potential customers
  • Identify new business opportunities and onboard new partner stores
  • Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and availability in stores
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
  • Provide product knowledge and basic training to store owners when needed
  • Submit accurate and timely sales reports and field activity updates

Position: Key Account/ Sales Agent

Multi Lines FMCG - Grocery Products

Rate: 645 basic + 320 gas + 1,000 load allowance

Position: Motorized Sales Agent

Multi Lines FMCG - Grocery Products

Rate: 695 basic + 200 gas + 350 load allowance

Qualification

  • Must have own motorcycle/ license
  • With field and sales experience
  • With mobile phone
  • With basic requirements (SSS, Pagibig, Philhealth, NBI)
