Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and market real estate properties to prospective clients
• Generate leads through online marketing, networking, and fieldwork
• Respond to client inquiries and provide property information
• Conduct property presentations and site visits
• Assist clients throughout the sales and documentation process
• Maintain good relationships with clients and partners
• Prepare marketing materials and social media postings
• Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field
• Experience in sales, marketing, or real estate is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Proficient in MS Office and social media platforms
• Goal-oriented, motivated, and customer-focused
• Willing to do fieldwork and attend site trippings
