HR Manager/Supervisor, Batangas

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience in training supervision or employee development, preferably in a manufacturing or corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of training methodologies and learning management systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess training needs and develop effective training programs.
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan, organize, and supervise employee training and development programs.
• Identify training needs and develop effective training plans.
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and orientations for employees.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
• Maintain training records, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate with department heads to support employee development initiatives.
• Ensure training activities align with company policies and goals.
