HR Jr. Staff Qualifications:

• Graduate of Human Resource Management or any related course
• At least 2 years of experience in training and development or HR function
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Organized and detailed-oriented, and able to handle training documentation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assisted Planning and organizing employee training programs and orientation
• Coordinate training schedules and prepare training materials.
• Maintaining updated training records and documentation
• Support HR in implementing learning and development programs.
