Job Requirements

Graduate in the Degree of Psychology or any 4 year course.
At least 3 years experience in Training & Development
Must have Leadership Competency Skills (Determination in Achieving goal and decision making)

Responsibilities

Administers, collects and analyzes training needs of employees. Reports consolidated TNA with immediate superior
Provides support in designing and development of training materials, programs, schedules and training room improvement
Organizes logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, venue selection, and resource allocation, to ensure the smooth execution of training programs.
Coordinates with appropriate HRD sub-team related to the Training Evaluation result, consolidates and initially analyzes it then reports to immediate superior
