- Supervise the facility technician and indicate them to operate and monitor facility equipment,
- Interpret information provided by BMS for facility performance monitoring.
- Manage a service and repair team to coordinate ad- hoc works and assist in overseeing proper maintenance and repair works,
- Graduate of Engineering course related to Maintenance Engineering preferably Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, ECE or Mechatronics,
- With related working experience,
- Good interpersonal relation, communication & negotiation skills,
- With initiative and can assume responsibilities,
- Can collaborate with higher position.
