Description

Provide all necessary construction with the objective of plant operation, guide and develop Staff and Engineer.
Confirm and execute projects based on cost, schedule, quality, safety and environment from start to completion.
Review effectiveness and propose improvement of construction related guidelines and regulation.
Check and evaluate mechanical facility equipment/system and propose improvement in terms of design, capacity, reliability, efficiency, and availability leading to cost/energy savings.
Make and propose annual budget to support section concern and improvement and implementation.
Create a function map, skill map and training map of members to improve mechanical system knowledge

Graduate of Mechanical Engineer with Professional Mechanical Engineering license
With at least 6 years of working experience related to Facility Operation/Maintenance and Construction/Project Management
With knowledge in legal compliance, mechanical system design, root cause analysis and Facility Operation/Maintenance and Construction/Project Management
