Sales Manager, Batangas

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage, lead, and coach Sales Executives
• Achieve monthly & annual sales targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Lead showroom operations, presentations, and test drives
• Implement sales strategies for retail and fleet clients
• Conduct sales meetings and performance evaluations
• Coordinate with Marketing for events and promotions
• Track competitor activity and market trends
• Ensure compliance with dealership processes and policies

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 35 years automotive sales experience (EV background is an advantage)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• High integrity, positive attitude, and goal-oriented
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Tech-savvy, data-driven, and willing to learn EV systems
• Preferably resides near Lipa
