IT Administrator, Batangas

Qualifications

• Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Engineering or any related course
• With at least 1 year experience as IT Administrator in a manufacturing setup.
• With at least 2 years experience in networking, firewall set-up (Fortigate), cloud-based server management, CCTV installation & setup, reports customization and IT asset management in a manufacturing setup
• Knowledgeable in software installation, licensing & activation, broad knowledge in IT device selection and compatibility with existing system
• Can identify, locate and investigate issues regarding IT devices

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible in maintaining and monitor the Server, UPS and other devices used by both office and production operation
• Ensures to have system and back-up copy of servers according to its schedule
• Responsible in managing Fortigate firewall and configure network switches and router
• Coordinate with supplier and third party distributor for new IT devices, accessories, tools and equipment
• Setting-up new employee system accounts and deploy new units/devices to requesting personnel
• Prepare accountability documents and monitor status of all devices (issuance, returns, repairs, etc.)
• Maintains adherence to company policies safety standards and good housekeeping practices
