• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Proficiency in accounting software is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.
• Attention to details and organizational skills.
• Communication skills both written and verbal.
• Good numerical and analytical skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in recording and maintaining financial transactions.
• Prepare basic accounting reports and documents.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Verify financial data and ensure accuracy of records.
• Organize and maintain accounting files and documents.
• Assist in bank reconciliation and financial reporting.
• Perform other accounting tasks assigned by the supervisor.
