Farm Coordinator - 2 Yrs Experience in Vegetable Farming, Batangas

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, preferably major in Horticulture.

More than 2 years of vegetable farming experience is preferred.

Effective leadership and a passion for working with diverse team members.

Good communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Collaborative, independent, and proactive in project management.

Driver's license is preferred; willing to travel occasionally.

Passion for social media content creation is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily farm operations and schedules.

Supervise and train farm workers.

Monitor crop and livestock health.

Maintain and repair farm equipment.

Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Manage inventory of supplies and materials.

Collaborate with agronomists and veterinarians.

Prepare reports and maintain accurate records.
