JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Graduate of Automotive or Engineering course
• At least 1 year experience in motorcycle troubleshooting and repair (non-negotiable)
• With valid drivers license (Restriction Code 1, 2, 3)
• Preferably with NC-II Accreditation

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical assistance to dealers on difficult-to-resolve issues
• Facilitate product updates for speedy recovery of sold units
• Gather and report technical issues and quality concerns from the field
• Provide immediate feedback to the warranty team
• Conduct site visits and support troubleshooting activities
