Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4 year course
• With 1 - 2 year experience of handling these positions.
• Good communication skills
• Computer literate

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Sell at-need memorial packages
• Monitor and handle funeral and chapels operations
• Handle orientation, selling and pre-underwriting of Pre-need memorial packages
• Direct and monitor administrative, support, repair or other maintenance services
• Explain goals, policies or procedures to staff members
• Evaluate the performance of vendors, contract employees, or other service providers to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
• Oversee the transport, preparation for burial, and embalming of the bodies of deceased people.
• Schedule work hours of employees
• Interview and orient new employees
• Identify skill development needs for funeral home staff.
• Perform other tasks as the need arises. (ex. Conduct Eulogy, attend funeral related gatherings, perform Llamada, etc.)
