You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality products, maintaining food safety standards, and providing excellent service to our customers.

• Cut, trim, bone, tie, and grind meats according to company standards
• Prepare specialty cuts and custom orders for customers
• Inspect meat products for quality and freshness
• Properly label, price, and display products
• Maintain clean and sanitary work areas in compliance with health regulations
• Operate meat processing equipment safely
• Manage inventory and minimize waste
• Provide knowledgeable and friendly customer service

• Previous experience as a butcher or meat cutter preferred
• Knowledge of meat cuts, preparation techniques, and food safety regulations
• Ability to use knives, grinders, slicers, and other equipment safely
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
