Requirements

- Experience Level: 13 years of experience in a guest service role, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to train and develop team members.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
