Monthly Salary: Php 24,000 28,000 

The Role

We are looking for a Graphic Design & Advertising Analyst to bridge the gap between high-impact visuals and performance-driven results. In this role, you won't just create; you will analyze how your work performs, optimizing campaigns to ensure maximum reach and ROI. 

Qualifications

Education: Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising, or any related field.

Experience: At least 6 months of relevant work experience in a similar role.

Technical Skills: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).

Familiarity with Google Ads, social media marketing, and marketing databases.

Proficiency in both Windows and macOS platforms.

Advantageous Skills: * Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.

Ability to start ASAP.

Core Responsibilities

Performance Analytics: Monitor and analyze metrics for digital and traditional campaigns (Google Ads, Social Media).

Reporting: Prepare regular reports on ad spend, engagement, and Return on Investment (ROI).

Database Management: Manage and update marketing databases to support deep-dive campaign analysis.

Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams for strategic ad placements and content scheduling.

Strategy: Provide data-driven insights and creative recommendations to boost campaign effectiveness.
